Afterwards
It doesn't end on the day.
Your Elysian space stays with you past the wedding, so you can return to the details, the replies and the photographs.
Through your wedding, and for 12 months afterwards.
Paid Elysian access runs up to your wedding date and for 12 months after it. If your wedding date changes, the access period follows the new date. Elysian is not a permanent hosting service, so please keep your own copies of anything you want to hold on to.
25 GB of Photo Studio storage per wedding.
Wedding Day includes up to 25 GB of Photo Studio storage per wedding, for the photographs uploaded through Photo Studio. If that allowance is reached, everything already uploaded stays available to view and download — new uploads may simply pause. Elysian will not delete your existing media just because the limit has been reached.
A recovery period after access ends.
When paid access ends, Elysian may keep your content for a 90-day recovery period. During that time the service may offer limited access or export rather than the full product. After the recovery period, stored content may be permanently deleted in line with our retention policy — so please export anything you want to keep before it ends.

- Is Elysian a subscription?
- No. Elysian is designed around one-time wedding purchases. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to remember to cancel.
- What can I do for free?
- A great deal, and properly. Your wedding space, guest list, Seating Planner, Budget and the Essential Planning Journal are all yours on Free, and you can design and preview invitations, with no artificial limits.
- What does Planning Pass include?
- Everything in Free, plus the complete Planning Journal, Suppliers & Contracts, the Day-of Timeline, RSVP collection, a standalone RSVP link, invitation publishing and your Gift List.
- Can I publish invitations with Planning Pass?
- Yes. Designing and previewing are open to everyone; publishing your invitation for guests is included with Planning Pass.
- Can I collect RSVPs without using Elysian invitations?
- Yes. Planning Pass includes a standalone RSVP link you can share however you like — printed cards, another invitation service, or a message.
- What is Wedding Day?
- An optional add-on for the celebration itself, focused today on Photo Studio: the photographs your guests take, gathered privately in one place.
- Do I need Wedding Day to plan my wedding?
- No. Planning Pass is the complete planning experience on its own.
- Can I add Wedding Day later?
- Yes — that is the intended journey. Plan first, and add Wedding Day as the celebration approaches.
- Do guests need an app for Photo Studio?
- No. They scan a card or open a link, choose a photo and send it.
- Do guests need an Elysian account?
- No. Guests never sign up — not to share a photo, and not to reply to an invitation.
- Are there guest limits?
- No. Invite as many people as your wedding holds; Elysian doesn't count heads.
- How long do I have access?
- Paid access runs through your wedding date and for 12 months afterwards. If your wedding date changes, the access period follows the new date. Elysian isn't a permanent archive, so do keep your own copies of anything precious.
- How much storage does Wedding Day include?
- Up to 25 GB of Photo Studio storage per wedding, for the photographs your guests upload through Photo Studio. If the allowance is reached, everything already uploaded stays available — new uploads may pause, but nothing is deleted because of the limit.
- Can I get a refund?
