Privacy Policy

We collect only what is needed to create your invitation and gather replies. This policy explains what that is, where it lives and how to remove it.

What we store

• Your account: name, email address and an encrypted password.
• Your wedding: names, date, times, venue, wording and design.
• Your guests: the names, emails and phone numbers you choose to add.
• Replies: attendance, party size and any dietary, accommodation or song details your guests submit.
• Anonymous usage counts for your invitation page: views, unique visitors, RSVP clicks and QR scans. No IP addresses, names or device fingerprints are stored.

Who can see it

Access is enforced in the database itself. Only you and the venue administrator can read your wedding, guest list and replies. Visitors to your invitation link can read the published invitation and submit a reply — never the guest list or anyone else's answers.

Your rights

You can export everything we hold about your wedding as a JSON file, and delete your wedding along with every guest, reply, photograph and design version, at any time from Settings. Both actions are immediate and irreversible.

Retention

Wedding data is kept while your account is open. Delete your wedding and all associated records are removed from the database.
